The Supporter Insights and Innovation Unit ensures Cancer Council makes evidence-based decisions that help to improve the supporter (customer) experience through delivering marketing automation, identifying business insights and supporting innovation, and the supporter care contact function.
About your opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join the Fundraising and Communication Division. Reporting to the Head of Supporter Insights and Innovation your role is to:
- Lead on Salesforce Marketing Cloud roadmap for Cancer Council Victoria
- Enhance the experience for donors, research participants and other key constituents through communications and automated journeys
- Drive growth and impact for Australia’s most trusted cancer Not-for-Profit organisation including for iconic campaigns and programs such as Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, Daffodil Day, Quit and SunSmart.
- Supervise the Email Marketing Coordinator and work closely with stakeholders across Cancer Council to achieve strategic outcomes that help to save lives, empower people and prevent cancer.
All about you
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with building high-performing digital communications campaigns including automated journeys.
- Relevant tertiary degree or demonstrated experience in managing similar projects in a not-for-profit and/or commercial sector organisation
