About your opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to join the Corporate Services Division. Reporting to the Web Developer, your role is to:

  • Assist day-to-day CMS operation (this may include HTML5 and CSS3), including theme templates.
  • Engage content authors and owners across the business to ensure consistency and quality of experience through-out all public facing websites.
  • Work closely with web developer and UX specialist to ensure CMS updates are built and tested.

All about you

You love content, yet you understood how the CMS works to serve the content. You get the lens of UX best practices as well as technical aspect (HTML/CSS), with the end-goal of having the content published on schedule.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience in digital content coordination/website management
  • Basic web development skillset (HTML/CSS) is a bonus
  • Demonstrated experience of practical Content Management System
  • Strong organisation skills, with an ability to work autonomously and the proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to be thorough and accurate with strong attention to detail.
  • High resilience and calm under pressure – must be capable of managing multiple issues at once under tight timeframes.
