About your opportunity

We are seeking a 13 11 20 National Projects Lead to join the Strategy and Support Division. Reporting to the Head of Information and Support your role is to:

  • Project Management: Establish project structures, develop detailed plans, budgets, and milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by applying project management methodology and tools.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain engagement with project partners and key stakeholders, collaborating closely with internal teams and leaders to ensure successful project outcomes and create efficiencies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in ongoing engagement activities to raise awareness and support uptake of services, working with internal teams to enhance the profile of the organization among existing and potential stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate reports, presentations, and project data to stakeholders, meeting regularly with leadership to report progress and mitigate risks and identifying opportunities for dissemination of project outcomes.
  • Representation: Act as a representative for projects at meetings with external stakeholders as necessary, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project objectives.

Your communication prowess extends to representing projects to external stakeholders, enhancing the organization's reputation.
