The Corporate Services Division incorporates governance, finance, legal, risk, information technology, property and logistics. The focus of the Division is to ensure Cancer Council’s Corporate Services operate to the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness to ensure compliance and support the organisation to deliver on its Strategic Priorities.

About your opportunity

We are seeking a Property & Logistics Assistant to join the Corporate Services Division. Reporting to the Property & Logistics Manager, your role is to:

  • Support the day-to-day function of Building Operations
  • Provide Logistical support & advice to the business units within the organisation
  • Provide administrative support to the Property & Logistics team (inc. Warehouse) & Revenue Processing Team

All about you

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a similar support role within a property and/or facilities environment
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • A pro-active self-starter who is solution focussed and is a team player
  • Intermediate computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook & Word
  • Physically able to handle manual loads
  • Must have a drivers licence
